Frequently Asked Questions

How should I take care of the artwork?
Each piece is made with preserved plants and should be treated with care. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or in areas with high humidity. Never water the artwork—despite the appearance of moss or lichen, these materials are preserved and do not need water. With proper care, preserved plants can last for many years. In fact, some preserved installations have remained in excellent condition for over a decade.

Can I water the moss or lichen?
No. Even though the artwork may contain moss or lichen, these elements are preserved and should never be watered. They are designed to stay beautiful without any maintenance beyond keeping them dry and out of direct sun.

Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
Returns must be requested and approved in advance. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please contact us first if you wish to return an artwork, and we will guide you through the process.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For specific details about shipping times, costs, or packaging, please contact us directly, as shipping conditions may vary depending on the destination.

What if I see some loose plant fragments in the box?
This is completely normal. Since the artworks are made with real preserved plants, small fragments like leaves or stems may naturally shed during shipping—similar to dried flowers. These can be gently removed using cool air (like a hairdryer on a low, cool setting) if necessary.
However, if the shedding seems excessive or involves larger pieces, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can assess the situation together.

Do you accept custom size requests?
Yes, custom pieces can be made to fit specific sizes or needs. If you have a space in mind or a particular idea, feel free to reach out via the contact form or email to discuss your vision. I’ll be happy to explore the possibilities with you.
